An influential folklore show, a kind of symbiosis between authentic and processed folklore, will be featured on the stage of the Neftochimika Cultural House on December 15 at 18:00.
"Winter Fairytale" is a folklore concert-spectacle, containing in chronological order the winter ritual celebrations in Strandja - karabunarska kardari, sourvakarski games, winter sitaya, kukeri games, palikosh, all covering the period from Christmas to Sirni zagovezni.
The performance is based on an idea and with the participation of the Kukeri group "Kavaklii" - Dolno Ezerovo and PF "Strandja" - Bourgas. Director, stage designer and choreographer is Mario Egor - artistic director of Strandja Bourgas ensemble.
The concert is realized with the financial support of Burgas Municipality - Program for co-financing of cultural projects.
